At present, the pressure angle of corrugated belt hobs manufactured abroad can be divided into two categories, one is about 45°, mainly used in the United States and Europe, and the other is about 35°, mainly used in Japan and other countries. The corrugation angles of the corrugated strips rolled by the two types of hobs are 120°±5° and 95°±5°, respectively. The corrugated belt with the corrugation angle of 120°±5° needs to increase the wave-receiving device when collecting the wave, which is difficult to collect, but the process of processing the corrugated belt hob is easy to realize. The corrugated belt with a corrugation angle of 95°±5° has a large bending, and the elastic deformation resistance is small when the wave is formed, and can be directly realized by the damping elastic piece, but the tooth root is easy to be processed when processing the helix angle of the helical tooth blade of the hob. Interference is generated and the hob manufacturing process is difficult. According to the rolling characteristics of the above two types of corrugated belt hobs and the processing characteristics of the hob, combined with the actual production equipment, it is decided to adopt a corrugated belt hob machining scheme with a tooth pressure angle of about 35°.
